About Us

POSSESS is an affiliate of the Virginia League of Social Services Executives (VLSSE) along with the Virginia Alliance of Social Work Practitioners (VASWP) and the Virginia Benefit Programs Organization (BPRO).

A POSSESS member is one who functions in a support role in all areas of Social Services. As a member, they maintain and support the organization of POSSESS. POSSESS is governed by the contents of its bylaws and manual of policies and procedures.
