President
The President shall preside at all regional meetings. The President or appointed designee shall serve as a member of the Board of Directors of POSSESS. It shall be the duty of the President to appoint the chairs of all special and standing committees. The President shall have the authority to appoint a new Secretary or Treasurer to serve any unexpired term until the next regular election.

President's Reports
Vice President
The Vice President shall serve as an aide to the President and, upon the resignation or absence of the President, shall automatically assume the position of President. The new President has the authority to appoint a Vice President to serve until the next election. The appointed Vice President shall not automatically assume the position of President but would not be excluded from nomination.

Secretary
The Secretary shall keep notes of the regional meetings and shall send copies of the minutes to the Regional President and State Secretary.

Treasurer
The Treasurer shall serve on the State Budget Committee. The Treasurer shall receive and disburse the funds of the Region as directed by the Executive Committee. The Treasurer shall deposit all funds in a financial institution insured by an agency of the Federal Government. The Treasurer shall render a detailed itemized financial statement of receipts and disbursements to the membership and to the regional Executive Committee. The Treasurer shall give an itemized report of receipts and disbursements semi-annually to the Chairperson of the State Budget Committee. This semi-annual report shall include copies of bank statements and receipts. This shall serve as the audit of the regional treasury.
