State Committees
The First Vice President shall coordinate all standing and special committees of POSSESS. Committee members shall be solicited by the Chairperson of the committee from POSSESS membership except as otherwise provided by these bylaws. If any standing committee shown below is established in the regional level, it shall report directly to the State Committee Chairperson.
