Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee shall consist of one member from each region.  The functions of this committee shall be as follows: (a) canvas the membership for nominations and confirm nominees acceptance; (b) prepare a slate for the office of President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer; (c)prepare absentee/mail-in ballots as needed; (d) announce the results of the election to the State membership at Spring Business meeting.
